Prixette does not accept returns.
We are a comparison service, not a shop. There is no order here to send back — and knowing whose return it actually is saves you writing to the wrong people.
The short version
| Returns | Not accepted |
|---|---|
| Exchanges | Not accepted |
| Refunds | Not issued |
| Applies to | United States |
Not as a restriction, but as a description: Prixette never sells you anything. We take no order, charge no card, hold no stock and ship no parcel, so there is no purchase here to return, exchange or refund.
Who does own your return
Every purchase you make after leaving Prixette is a purchase from that store, under their terms. If you want to return something, the return is theirs to accept — and their published policy, not anything written here, decides the window, who pays return postage, and whether you get a refund or store credit.
The store’s name is on the row you clicked, and on the order confirmation they emailed you. That email is the one to look for: we never send one, because we never took the order.
What we can actually help with
One thing, and it is worth telling us about: a price on Prixette that does not match the store’s own page. That is our error, we want it, and we fix it at the source rather than on the one page you found. See our corrections policy for what happens next. For anything about an order — where it is, whether it can come back, when the money lands — the store is the only party who can answer, and we have no ability to act on your behalf.
Why a comparison site publishes a returns page at all
Because a return window is part of what a price is worth. Two stores at the same price are not the same offer if one takes returns for ninety days and the other for fourteen, and a shopper comparing prices deserves to see that difference rather than discover it afterwards.
We are building that record store by store, from each retailer’s own published policy pages, with the date we read them and a link to the source. Until a store’s policy is on file and dated, we publish nothing about it — an out-of-date return window is worse than none, because it will be believed.
